Last February I bought a head from her, that was posted to be shipped about mid April. April came and went no doll, I sent her an email in May and she said there were delays but it would ship shortly. Again in June I emailed her and again she sent me the exact same letter down to the typos.

Early in July, three of us in the waiting room became impatient and started demanding refunds. We opened disputes with Paypal, all of which were closed immediately. We were told to wait the dolls were coming. And she DID ship out the dolls, except to the three of us wanting refunds.

I recieved an email saying she'd refund us. A few days later I recieved another email saying she couldn't refund us because Paypal had frozen her account and I needed to contact Paypal. Which I did, and I believe the other two did as well. Paypal, of course, told me that Ricky would have to contact them.

About mid August, I emailed Ricky and offered to take a head in lieu of a refund, apologizing for causing her trouble. Also about a month ago, one other member emailed Ricky with instructions on how to refund us our money. I have not heard from her and to my knowledge either has other other woman. We have offered her Western Union as an alternative to Paypal and she refuses to use them.

It has been FIVE months since she offered to refund us our money and still nothing.


I paid 270USD for nothing. Do NOT order from her.

White Magic Night really is a beautiful girl, and I have one up for sale... I thought I would advertise here because I really hope she goes to a good home. She is in flawless condition and all we really did together was take some photos and I washed her hair once (but that made her hair nicer anyway). I hope she goes to a good home!

karma_kannibal did eventually send the dolls, it was like pulling teeth, however she posted them horrible with hardly any protective packaging and the Rosy doll she sent was modded badly (boobs gauged off). It almost looked like she had stabbed the doll in anger before posting it off. One of the doll heads she sent also had a dint in the nose and everything was just dirty.

The doll was then modded for free by a nice DoA member and is on layaway, as are some of the doll heads.

I have received roughly $15 back so far.

However, and THIS IS IMPORTANT, karma_kannibal is refusing to pay us back anymore. The doll and heads she sent were no where near the full amount.

She has not outwardly said this, however I know this is true for a few things.

She promised to start paying us $50 a week around the end of October, this never happened and she disappeared from the forums on 18th of November. I left it a few weeks realising it was thanksgiving and thought she was busy then emailed her.

The email bounced back, her email was deleted. This was warning flag number one.

I was furious so I found her on facebook and sent her a message, she responded and then posted on the DoA thread acting all innocent and saying she will pay us back when she can.

She then proceeded to block me on Facebook and changed the name she uses on facebook to try and prevent us from finding her. I still had the message she sent me so the name change showed up in my inbox but I cannot see her page (others can though).

This was the huge and final big warning flag for me, it is obvious from her evasive behaviour that she thinks she will get away with this, and I have no doubt she has claimed to people that the horrible grubby badly modded doll and the dirty doll heads she sent were worth $1700+ in total, when added up to the price she paid for them it doesn't even come close to that.

I'm not sure what to do at this point, I'm advising people to just go to small claims court to get the rest back. I was hoping there'd be a way I could get someone to claim on my behalf but that seems impossible.

Also the payment was sent to her through a debit card, I'm not sure if I can even claim this back. I'm not going to give up though and try and urge the others to claim against her. She is a scumbag and a weasel for what she has done to all of s, and tried to make me look like the bad guy throughout this just because she doesn't want to pay us back.

ETA on 16th of Dec: and what has transpired is her returning to the thread again and belittling me for encouraging people to file reports, to try and scare the others into not taking any action against her. Also not answering questions on why she deleted her email, changed her name on facebook and basically saying she won't be dealing with me anymore because I'm not "mature" for "invading her privacy on facebook". Hey, at least I didn't steal money.

If I'm a "real piece of work" I wouldn't be able to begin to imagine what she is. :\ I wouldn't be surprised if she tries joining up to DoA pretending to be a new user later.
